Private Use Reservation

As a part of our commitment to our congregation and community, 1st Street Church is glad to make our facilities available on a limited basis for qualifying individuals and groups. Our building — including the fellowship hall and classrooms — can be a great space for the right occasion.

The following are eligible to request facility use:

• Church members and regular attenders of 1st Street Church
• Recognized 1st Street Church ministries
• Community organizations and non-church groups, subject to availability and approval

The following are not eligible to reserve our facility for private use:

• Individuals with no affiliation with 1st Street Church
• Fraternal societies
• Organizations with political affiliations

Priority is given to church members and groups whose activities align with our mission and values.

All requests are reviewed and approved at the discretion of our Lead Pastor or an appointed administrator. Submissions do not guarantee use of the facility. If your request is approved, you will be notified in writing by email.

Those granted use of the facility are expected to:

• Respect the space. Leave the facility in the same condition it was found — this includes cleaning up, emptying trash, washing any dishes used, and removing all decorations before leaving.
• Secure the building. Ensure all doors and windows are locked upon departure.
• Respect our values. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted on church property. All events involving children must comply with 1st Street Church's child safety policies.
• Obey the law. All users are required to comply with local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activity on church property will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Non-compliance with these expectations may result in the denial of future facility use.

There are no fees required to use our facility. Donations are accepted and appreciated.
